Does not even deserve 1 star. Very slow service, with no communication.
Ordered 2 items to be on 11/2 to be collected instore 20/2. Arrived to pick up to be told wont be in until 27/2. Arrived to collect on 27/2 to be told they were instore but still on pallets come back tomorrow. Following evening i rang store as i was not confident and told to come in following day. I left it 2 days and went to collect my paid for items, joined a huge queue as only 1 person serving, to be again told they still had not unpacked items and i would need to come back.
I have asked for a refund and decided to shop elsewhere.
The service is shocking, no apology, not bothered wasting customers time.

I ordered 4 items online, a desk, an office chair, a lamp and a bathroom shelf. I had that uneasy feeling after not having any news of my order for a week, getting here and reading all the negative comments, but the order arrived in 2 weeks time after it was placed. The instructions were clear, I had no issues assembling any of the items. Overall a very good experience.
I reached out to customer service for a return and was told I could either have it collected or bring it to the store. I chose to bring it in, but the manager, who I was told was in charge, denied my return five times. Eventually, he offered a 10% discount and accepted the item, but he was very rude and arrogant throughout the process.
This has been the most frustrating customer service experience ever. After waiting over two months for a defective item to be resolved, I received no real help. They claimed to have sent a replacement that I never received (lost in transit) and processed a payment I never authorized, which went to a non-existent account. When I called, they told me the refund was canceled, and after a week of waiting, they provided no assistance. This experience is completely unacceptable, and I will not be returning.
Ordering for home delivery has been a nightmare! I waited a week only to be told one of my items was lost. They agreed to send one item, but it won’t arrive for another eight days, making it over two weeks since I placed my order. I still have no idea when my other item will arrive. Customer care has been poor despite my attempts to resolve this four days ago. I hope the products are worth the wait; otherwise, they’re going back. This experience is far from what I’d expect.
I had a terrible experience with this company. I was informed that an item was back in stock, so I ordered and paid for it. After being told it shipped, I disposed of my old chair, only to later find out the item was discontinued without any refund. This is completely unacceptable.
I ordered a bed online, expecting delivery within 8-13 working days. After 15 days, I got an email saying it was being shipped from another country and would arrive within 20 working days from the original order. Now, on day 20, I still have no updates. I could have made a bed myself in this time! They’re not even close to a budget alternative; they’re just poor overall.
The online ordering and delivery service is completely incompetent. My order took ages to arrive and came damaged with missing items. They charge £50 for delivery, which is outrageous. Plus, waiting hours for a callback is unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.
