This has been the most frustrating customer service experience ever. After waiting over two months for a defective item to be resolved, I received no real help. They claimed to have sent a replacement that I never received (lost in transit) and processed a payment I never authorized, which went to a non-existent account. When I called, they told me the refund was canceled, and after a week of waiting, they provided no assistance. This experience is completely unacceptable, and I will not be returning.
