Absolutely diabolical!Do not bother. Ordered two mattress toppers. For a £30 delivery fee you’d expect them delivered by helicopter but no they use the most useless in contactable delivery company that not only can you NOT book a slot with as there are NONE available after 3 weeks they’d lost the order.Spent the day at home waiting to no avail. Asked for a refund of the delivery fee only to be told the best they could do would be a £20 gift voucher in store. Cancelled all together.Still awaiting refund.In contrast I’ve used the store in Spain which are brilliant! I cannot believe the dreadful service here in the UK.
