I ordered and received a table in September. It was damaged. This company are virtually impossible to get hold of. Their online chat is permanently disabled and their phone line is permanently tied up in a queue.When I did speak to someone and arranged a replacement table delivery and collection of damaged one, it was cancelled with no explanation at short notice.This morning it was supposed to happen again but I witnessed the driver from Rhenus go to the wrong house and then drive away. Hours later and I have still not managed to speak to anyone at Jysk.They are utterly useless and the item I ordered not fit for purpose. Do not use them.
