i bought couple items at Guelph JYSK 2 weeks ago . The service customer told me there is item no in-stock and It will deliver the Thursday following week which is the 23rd Oct . When i called for information one of the rudest, no respect female customers service was not happy . I dont know how GYSK hiring this Animal to represent the company to serve your customer when i asked her around 10 o'clock that your colleague said my stuff were ready by oct 29 and she said she don't appreciate what i asked, how the hell in which way she twist the word by saying i yell at her. the items suppose to be ready on 22 oct n not ready till i called for. Can GYSK management explain how u hiring this people from zoo to be your customer service, to represent your company?
