Terrible Sofa – Poor Quality and No Customer SupportWe purchased a sofa from JYSK a year ago, and it’s one of the worst furniture purchases we’ve ever made. The fabric quality is awful — it started to wear out and look cheap very quickly, even though we’ve taken good care of it.What’s most frustrating is that their customer service has been completely unhelpful. We've reached out multiple times and received no response. It feels like they ignore customers once the sale is made.The warranty is only for one year, and now, just as it ends, all the problems are becoming worse. I wanted to post photos to show how bad the condition is, but unfortunately, JYSK doesn't allow photo uploads in their reviews — which says a lot.We’re very disappointed and want to warn others not to make the same mistake. Don't waste your money here. You deserve better quality and real customer support.
