What can I say Kyra has changed my life! I'd always been underweight despite eating well (or so I thought). Being skinny wasn't a choice in fact my weight made me unhappy and I was often self conscious and would avoid wearing certain types of clothes.I got closer to 40 and decided I wanted to be happier in my body!
