Best decision ever!

Signing up to Kyra’s course and her one to one sessions was the best decision ever! Kyra has had a hugely positive impact on my life and really supported me through some difficult food issues. I’ve struggled with food, particularly binging and restricting, for well over 10 years and never thought I’d be able to get out of it, but the support from Kyra was genuinely life changing! We had regular catch ups, discussed food and nutrition information, she always made herself available for me, taught me SO much about different foods, and really helped me understand my relationship with food and how to better that. I can’t thank her enough for the support over the last 10 months! I would highly recommend Kyra to anyone! I finally feel on top of my food and weight, lost a significant amount with her support, and have the confidence and knowledge around food and my body to support myself now!

A great coach who has helped me to lose weight healthily

I have been working with Kyra since July. Highly recommend to anyone who is wanting to improve their health, manage their weight or just improve their relationship with food. Kyra is kind, compassionate, understanding, knowledgeable and reliable. I have lost weight at a healthy rate, and built in habits that are realistic and achievable long term. It’s been so refreshing to learn ways to lose weight without extreme fad diets.
