Kyra coached me over a 6 week period as I had spiralled out of control with my eating, my sleep was ruined and I was feeling extremely low. What I love about Kyra’s approach is that its so level headed. She takes the time to listen to you and find out really what is going on with you. I was having a big problem with nighttime snacking and poor sleep. Through weekly check ins and looking at habit changing, Kyra helped me and gave me the tools I needed to change the bad habits I’d got into. Progressively over the 6 weeks I took onboard her advice and sure enough little by little my sleep improved. Some mornings I would message with excitement “I slept 7hrs last night!” Something unheard of for me. As my sleep improved, so did my mood and my ability to make wiser choices around food, Kyra was always there to advise me on this too, giving me my weekly goals around food (cals and protein) and exercise challenges to help with weight loss.I am starting to see the scales and measurements come down now. It is all as a result of the support and advice Kyra gave me. I am so thankful for all she did for me.We have agreed to monthly check ins as I feel I am able to continue on the right path but I know she is there if I need her at all.
