This is the second time I went to the Malaga Store in a few months. Both times I booked an appointment through the Apple Support app to get a screen replacement for my iPhone.The first time – after a long wait and way past my appointment time – I was told that the phone was too new and they didn't have the parts.Today I went again to finally get may screen fixed. Again, I made an appointment through the official Apple app. After a 20 min wait because of people queuing, I told a sales clerk I had an appoinment. He pointed me to a small sign with an QR code to get a number in line.I have now spent hours on making appointments, going there, and going home with my cracked screen.Giving people the option to make an appointment through the official Apple app and then, at the store, make them pull a number to wait with everyone who doesn't have an appointment is a fail.I'll keep my cracked screen until I travel the next time and take my phone to a real Apple store.
