I will never use K-tuin Porto Pi, Mallorca or recommend it to anyone. I bought a brand-new 2025 iPad 11 128GB WiFi version. I did not realise that I would not be able to run my navigation apps on it (GPS Maritime Apps) and I required the Cellular version. I returned, just 6 days later, it did not have a scratch on it as I left K-Tuin with a cover on it. I asked to return that one and upgrade to the more expensive Cellular version. They refused and said the box had been opened, we do not take returns. Which is against Apples policy of it being under 15 days. K-tuin it the worst service I have ever received. I will only purchase my apple products from Apple itself, or in this case Media Markt as I am situated in Mallorca.

Very bad experience in Barcelona, calle Muntaner

Made an appointment in Barcelona, calle Muntaner. When I got there, they told me they have no technical service on Saturdays. But why is it allowed to make an appointment on Saturdays for tech reparations in the first place? Just to waste people's time? Avoid K-tuin by all means!

24 hour shipping falsely advertised

I bought an iPhone from this site because they advertised 24-hour free delivery (except for purchases made after 5 p.m. or for remote areas).I placed my order at 1 p.m. and had it shipped to central Barcelona, clearly not a remote location.Yet after the 24-hour window passed, the phone hadn’t even been shipped. To make matters worse, there was no way to log in and manage the order. The “Need help?” link in their email led to a dead page and the help section on their website also pointed to a non-existent site.Overall, it felt unreliable and not at all what I expected from a company promoting fast, hassle-free delivery.

Long wait in line – twice – despite appointment

This is the second time I went to the Malaga Store in a few months. Both times I booked an appointment through the Apple Support app to get a screen replacement for my iPhone.The first time – after a long wait and way past my appointment time – I was told that the phone was too new and they didn't have the parts.Today I went again to finally get may screen fixed. Again, I made an appointment through the official Apple app. After a 20 min wait because of people queuing, I told a sales clerk I had an appoinment. He pointed me to a small sign with an QR code to get a number in line.I have now spent hours on making appointments, going there, and going home with my cracked screen.Giving people the option to make an appointment through the official Apple app and then, at the store, make them pull a number to wait with everyone who doesn't have an appointment is a fail.I'll keep my cracked screen until I travel the next time and take my phone to a real Apple store.

I would like to give this company zero…

I would like to give this company zero stars but I don’t think it’s possible. I cracked my screen and asked to have it repaired pretty simple job but as they don’t have the screens in stock I said no problem I’ll wait till one come in and come get it repaired. They then said no I have to leave my phone in the store for them to order a new screen and no one could tell me how long that would take! I then called apple who of course were helpful and nice and said that’s not their rule at all but the manager of the store didn’t care and refused to repair my phone regardless but till offer me advice that I should fly to Barcelona or buy a replacement phone! I’ll now be forced to use a non apple phone repair shop. Not ideal I also a called the customer service who were rude and unhelpful and hung up on me but pretended it was a bad line.

K-tuin fixed it for free.

K-tuin fixed whatever was wrong with my phone in about 5 mins for free.I thought it was a virus as I could not receive emails but also I couldn't join anything that needed my email as it wasn't recognised on my phone.Julieta went through my menu & fixed it.It happened after down loading 3 apps from the AppStore.Other phone shops wanted to download everything to the cloud & re install iOS.

I was in the store on C.S.Francisco, Cadiz. Firstly, as an English speaker, it was nice that both staff spoke English. They were both very helpful. The man, whose name I do not know, passed me onto Noelia, as she is a technician. She tested out my phone & made valuable suggestions. She could not have been more professional & helpful.

Rude and unprofessional

My experience with K-Tuin was extremely disappointing.The customer support over the phone was incredibly rude, which made the whole process frustrating from the start. On top of that, they advertise a pick-up and drop-off service on the Apple website, but when I called, they said they don’t offer it. If they’re not providing the service, they should at least keep the information updated.When I visited their shop, the technicians were dismissive and condescending. They treated me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about, even when I showed them evidence to prove my point. It felt like they were trying to trick me rather than help.Another issue was their payment policy. They require full payment upfront for everything, which I’ve never seen at any other Apple-certified repair shop or even with Apple directly. It felt untrustworthy and unusual.When I dropped off my laptop for repair, they charged a €30 diagnostic fee upfront. When I asked why it wasn’t charged after the work was done, as is more common, they just insisted it had to be paid right away without giving me a proper explanation. I took less than a minute to confirm with my manager that I could pay, but instead of being patient, the staff member rudely shoved the receipt at me and walked off.Overall, the service was rude, unprofessional, and not up to the standard you’d expect from an Apple-certified provider. I wouldn’t recommend K-Tuin and suggest finding a more reliable and respectful repair shop.
