My experience with K-Tuin was extremely disappointing.The customer support over the phone was incredibly rude, which made the whole process frustrating from the start. On top of that, they advertise a pick-up and drop-off service on the Apple website, but when I called, they said they don’t offer it. If they’re not providing the service, they should at least keep the information updated.When I visited their shop, the technicians were dismissive and condescending. They treated me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about, even when I showed them evidence to prove my point. It felt like they were trying to trick me rather than help.Another issue was their payment policy. They require full payment upfront for everything, which I’ve never seen at any other Apple-certified repair shop or even with Apple directly. It felt untrustworthy and unusual.When I dropped off my laptop for repair, they charged a €30 diagnostic fee upfront. When I asked why it wasn’t charged after the work was done, as is more common, they just insisted it had to be paid right away without giving me a proper explanation. I took less than a minute to confirm with my manager that I could pay, but instead of being patient, the staff member rudely shoved the receipt at me and walked off.Overall, the service was rude, unprofessional, and not up to the standard you’d expect from an Apple-certified provider. I wouldn’t recommend K-Tuin and suggest finding a more reliable and respectful repair shop.
