Ii was the worst experience of buying iphone (~ october 2022) that I could imagine. Salesman I took advantage of the fact that I do not speak and understand Spanish and don’t live in Spain and I will back to my country where is the WAR and subscribed on paid annual insurance 240€. When he proposed insurance I told that I DON’T NEED insurance etc. I need only my phone. He told that it is free month for my purchase and didn’t told that it is annual PAID subscription!!! AND IT IS NOT FREE!!! IT COSTS 240 €. In January I found that I was charged by tuseguromovil I back 5 times!!!to store and asked to unsubscribe me! I don’t asked that subscription and I don’t need it. And till now I only heard we so sorry that you don’t know… but you MUST pay each month for insurance. I don’t need your “sorry” and your “your feedback very is important” I need my money back! When I bought phone I thought that I can trust your salesmans, k-tuin! Please k-tuin, Unsubscribe me and back my money!
