Having worked as a sales associate here, I feel compelled to warn potential customers: please reconsider before spending your money. My role involved speaking with hopeful learners seeking career advancement, only to manipulate their aspirations into persuading them to pay around $4,800 for subpar online training led by underqualified instructors. The company promises job placement in a high-paying role within months and claims to offer refunds if results aren't achieved, but in reality, no refunds are provided. This directive comes straight from the top, and employees are often dismissed without prior notice. I experienced a power outage and was terminated for a delayed response, which illustrates the harsh environment. I urge any former colleagues to leave and seek better opportunities. The CEO shows no regard for our careers or efforts, and I regret my time spent here.

However, in reality, refunds are non-existent, as per the clear directive from the CEO that no refunds should be issued, not even the initial booking fee. Operating under a work-from-home model, the CEO, based in London, exerts total control. They hire competent sales professionals but subsequently jeopardize their careers. Employees can be dismissed without warning, often through the abrupt disabling of their accounts. The pressure to generate revenue is immense, and I experienced this firsthand when a power outage delayed my response to the company, leading to my immediate termination. This incident illustrates the company’s true nature. The CEO, seemingly unconcerned about the employees' welfare, reaps profits while they toil to meet revenue targets. To any former sales associates reading this—consider resigning and seeking employment elsewhere. Your efforts and career aspirations are not valued here. I regret the time I spent and the learners I assisted during my tenure. I generated substantial revenue, yet I am still owed pending incentives and a month’s salary following my termination. The CEO has even blocked my number after threatening me during a call. I feel intimidated by his aggressive communication. He seems to believe he can act without consequences, profiting from the misfortune of countless learners.
My journey has been genuinely transformative. Joining the program with the aim to enhance my skills, I achieved much more than expected. With structured training, mentorship, and ongoing support, I completed six significant certifications. The hands-on labs and expert guidance led to major career milestones, including successful migrations and deployments. This organization not only helped me pass certifications but also nurtured my growth as a confident professional. I am honored to be seen as a role model for new learners and look forward to continuing my journey.
