This directive comes straight from the top, and employees are often dismissed without prior notice. I experienced a power outage and was terminated for a delayed response, which illustrates the harsh environment. I urge any former colleagues to leave and seek better opportunities. The CEO shows no regard for our careers or efforts, and I regret my time spent here.
