Fantastic service experience

Fantastic service experience from start to finish. My Briggs & Riley (American) suitcase needed a handle repair. It's tricky to find a UK repairer for this brand but K2 list it on their site. Their courier pickup cost was very reasonable, they assessed the work quickly, kept in touch with email updates, informed me I had a lifetime warranty from B&R (even without purchase documentation,) fixed the case for free and rapidly returned it to me free of charge. I'm very impressed and will definitely use again.
