WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I originally sent my broken (zip) Samsonite paradiver case in November 2021 to be fixed. The case has been lost and I’ve had a lack of replies and no replacement suitcase this is getting ridiculous-it’s been 4 MONTHS and I have NO suitcase would of been better taking it to a shoe menders to fix the zip. AVOID
