TL;DR
k4g is top. Never buying, though, anything from "Athena" supplier again. Terrible experience...
The Timeline:
I bought cd keys for ten games, didn't pay any insurance for any of them (I never found any use for it in the past). All worked except for one: Like a dragon gaiden. It said that it is already activated. Supplier was Athena.
I opened a ticket with k4g requesting a new key. They contacted the supplier and they requested screenshots proving that I haven't activated the game. I delivered.
They came back asking me to reach Steam and ask for the date of the activation of the key that didn't work for me. I sent a screenshot of the Steam response as I was asked (activation date preceded that of my purchase).
Supplier never responded. k4g offered me a refund in credit in their site. I accepted and then went on to buy the same cd key from a different supplier. It worked and all is swell.
I must have spent at least 3 hours trying to resolve this. I will never buy anything from Athena. I just placed a new order in k4g (avoiding Athena of course) and everything worked fine.
