Two of the main selling points for these toys is the bone shaped treats fitting into the bone shaped indentations in the toys and Sandy's guarantee to make it right if something isn't to satisfaction. My experience is that the treats are too small and just fall straight out of the indentations so the toys are pointless on that front.I emailed the company, giving them the benefit of the doubt that perhaps I'd received treats that hadn't been manufactured correctly. I received a response asking me to check I had received the correct size treats. I confirmed that I had. Since then I have not had a response despite chasing. It's really disappointing as the concept is great but the execution and customer service are poor.
