I ordered a harness in large well before Christmas, but received an XL instead. After contacting the support team, I returned it at my own cost. I requested the correct size, but the replacement also arrived in XL. Given that I paid £129, I don't think I should have to send it back again at my expense. I wouldn't recommend this service and may need to find a solution elsewhere, especially since my dog needs this harness urgently.
