Frustrating Sizing Issues with My Order

I ordered a harness in size large well before Christmas, but what I received was an XL. After contacting the support team and explaining the issue, they requested I return it at my own cost, which I did. I then asked for a replacement in large, but the one that arrived today is also the wrong size—again, it's an XL. Given that I paid £129 for this harness, I don't think I should have to return it again at my expense. I cannot recommend this service and may need to look for alternatives, especially since my dog requires this harness urgently.

Disappointing Experience with the Harness

Avoid This Service!

Avoid this service! I placed an order totaling around £200, but over a week later, I received only one item valued at £10, with no response to my calls or emails. I'm now going through the bank to recover my money. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Best Harness for Dogs with Hip Issues!

I bought a used harness from this shop and can highly recommend it for dogs struggling to lift their back end or navigate stairs and ramps. This harness is incredible for helping dogs with collapsing hips, and I decided to purchase a new one for £122.45, which I can barely afford while unemployed. However, it significantly eases my dog's mobility challenges due to severe arthritis. At 14 years old, my labradoodle still enjoys walks, and this harness allows me to assist him without causing pain. If you're considering this harness, don't hesitate—it's the best investment I've made for my dog in 14 years!
