I ordered a harness in size large well before Christmas, but what I received was an XL. After contacting the support team and explaining the issue, they requested I return it at my own cost, which I did. I then asked for a replacement in large, but the one that arrived today is also the wrong size—again, it's an XL. Given that I paid £129 for this harness, I don't think I should have to return it again at my expense. I cannot recommend this service and may need to look for alternatives, especially since my dog requires this harness urgently.
