I placed an order for product and later received 2-seperate shipments. 1-was my actual order and the other I had no idea about. I logged into the Ka Chava webite and found that I had been signed up for a subscription for the order I placed, and also for a second subcription I knew nothing about. I contacted Ka Chava support and was told I could only receive a credit for 2-out of the 4-products that they randomly shipped me an order for. That credit could be used on their website AND will not go back to the source of payment.it's a scam to automatically setup customers for a subscription for the product of their one time order, and then to add another subscription ontop of that which a customer will NEVER get their money back.Do not order through Ka'Chava.com You will be scammed!!!
