I needed help with removing a button on my blog page. Even though it showed as being removed in my dashboard, it was still showing up. I reached out for support and am happy with the results. 1) timely response to my request. 2) The response had easy to follow directions for user creation to allow temp access. 3)The reply I received after providing the temp access included a video from Shayne (assigned helpdesk support), showing my page and a walk through of the findings and fix to my issue. Overall I am very happy with the experience because of the quick turnaround and very helpful explanation and fix. It makes me feel confident that I have real support if I get stuck with anything. Shayne has a great attitude and made everything easy to follow.
