All in all, I am having a great experience with Kadence. There was just one problem in the beginning, that I could not download the pro templates even everything was installed and so on. But the support team was very helpful and installed it for me. So just as a short summary: I haven’t done too much with my Website yet but the experience with the platform and the support was great.
I had a full answer to the issue that I was having within 14 hours. The answer came in email but also included a video that described how to fix the issue. Very cool. The answer was complete and fully resolved my issue. I am very grateful!
I received excellent support from the Kadence team. They responded quickly and identified that the issue I was experiencing was caused by a bug in a new software version. They provided a helpful workaround right away, and the problem was fully resolved in the next update. Great communication and professional service!
Can't be happier with my experience with Kadence thus far. As someone who's new to wordpress, I've found the learning process pretty straight forward. When I decided to reach out for some assistance I was expecting things to be pretty slow considering I'm in the UK, but that wasn't the case at all. I had Bonn Joel on the case and I had assistance with a few different features. Bonn was clear, patient and understanding. (I can imagine it get's frustrating having someone so green ask questions when stuff is there in the documentation). Bonn was great though and was happy to help until all my issues were sorted.
