I ordered a customized doormat on March 3, 2022, It’s now April 2023 and I still don’t have the doormat. I have contacted them half a dozen times over the last year. One time they answered they had gotten it back from China and didn’t like the way it looked so reordered it. I have gotten several responses to my emails that was in French and Dutch or German and had to have my phone translate it for me and it was just excuses, no real information about when my order might arrive. The tracking number didn’t work. I finally contacted my credit card company and it is out of the time frame to register a dispute. I have decided to never order anything advertised on Facebook!DO NOT order from this company. Like other reviewers I have come to realize this is company is a SCAM!!!
