Avoid this company !. Their customer service is non existent. They were advertising at the start of December with Christmas delivery. I ordered at the start of December for Christmas delivery, Now I understand that there are a lot of industrial disputes in the UK, but I have since found out this is NOT dispatched from the UK, so that is not the reason for the delay. When you check your order you get a tracking order number which does not exist. I have emailed them twice and not received a reply to either. I have accepted that I might never see this. All I would say is if you are ever going to order from an unknown seller, always check on this site first. If I had, I would never have ordered from them
