#KAD7710278UK I’m so disappointed in this company. I ordered two door mats as special gifts on 1/8/21, they did arrive but they were incorrect. I contacted and they advised a replacement would be sent... I waited many weeks and yet again, incorrect order received. I contacted again and they advised that they would replace... once again I’ve waited many weeks and no replacement. I messaged again, this time requesting a refund, The reply I received was...“We understand your frustration and disappointment with this long delivery delay. However, as you may know, our orders are personalized and made to order. Therefore, we cannot refund a package that has already been produced.”A package that has been produced incorrectly at their fault! I have waited since august! I continue to request refunds however this Disgusting company have now stopped replying to me. Kodonimo this is an infringement of my consumer rights and I will not let you get away with this.DO NOT BUY!!!!!
