I was a bit concerned as the customised mat hadn’t arrived after 3 wks but I contacted them and they replied swiftly to assure me, It arrived and am more than pleased.. As there wasn’t a postage fee, I think it’s fair to expect the wait.Will definitely purchase from them again.Plus they wish to send me a gift 🎁
