This company offers poor products and an unsatisfactory refund policy. I purchased two pairs of snow boots, but both were too small despite the size guide claiming otherwise. One pair had insoles that didn’t fit properly, causing discomfort. When I reported this, I was told it wasn’t a defect and offered an insulting refund. Their quality control is lacking, and customer service is even worse.
