We have a KAFF oven. Its thermostat was spoiled. Firstly we called about 10 times and after 10 different promises, a technician came (after about 2 months). This is a third party agency coming for service. After he charged heavily, he replaced with un branded second hand thermostat, which although we saw it, allowed him to proceed, as we had no option. After that, the thermostat never again worked. The oven runs on full power. Again its been 25 calls and no one has turned up.
One of the worst after sales service in the country.
