Pathetic service.. they are good and talk about good service only until they receive.. even if ur product is under warranty they will not replace any damaged parts.. pls don’t buy Kaff products

We discussed the issue, and the quoted cost was around INR 10,000. During our negotiation, I was taken aback when they offered a 30% discount, but with the condition that the warranty on parts would only be 6 months instead of 2 years. Is this the standard practice to reduce prices in exchange for a shorter warranty? This situation warrants serious scrutiny.

Avoid this brand - both the appliance and the chimney are of poor quality. There is a lack of service, making it not worth the price. I've faced issues since installation last year, especially with the chimney which fails to operate properly, stopping within minutes. Now the service representative claims there are issues with the PCB that need replacing.
There is a complete absence of customer service after the sale. I have personally raised complaints multiple times with no response. I've resorted to hiring local mechanics for assistance. I feel compelled to escalate this to the customer grievance cell and seek a ban on the product due to their negligence towards customers.
Their automatic stove is not truly automatic. I bought a specific model that they claimed was automatic, but it requires a separate button to create a spark. In other brands, the spark occurs automatically when you turn the knob. This design is impractical and not mentioned anywhere on their website. I recommend choosing another brand.
The product quality is very poor; the chimney worked for only 6 months over a 2-year period, with most time spent in repairs. The technician has not responded even after 10 days of raising complaints. I recently had the door motor replaced in August, and it's already malfunctioning again in October. Significant improvements are needed in their customer care.
