I ordered couple of products from them and most of the materials are Cheapest Chinese plastic. Once you buy their product, they don't even pickup your call or respond to your emails or customer support tickets. I even tried to reach out to the CEO and Chairman through linkedin and email and no luck. Please stay away from this company and their products and save your money for a better brand. Never again spend even penny on this company products.There is a customer Service Manager Asha and Sandeep Dhawan which a total waste. They promise something on the phone and after that they never take your call. The customer service 1800 number is horrible and they always disconnect your call. I also run a company with 300 people, if my employee shows a behavior like this, I will be showing the exit door for them. Please treat your customers well and your business will prosper.
