Today is 15 December, and I have yet to receive my order. Tracking has shown no progress since late November, and the postal service has not received the package. Customer support acknowledged that my order was mis-sorted and dispatched incorrectly, but I haven't received any updates or resolution regarding my refund request. This has been a very disappointing experience, and I would advise against ordering products from this service.
