The products ( coffe ) the taste and quality are great and i give them 10 *** STARS *** any time , the delivery .....well...still take 9 to 12 days for Ireland .... so this is the reason i give them 3 stars , they deserve for delivery only 1 star but let's say 3 at this time , hopefully they will improve that .
KaffeK has been my coffee supplier for almost a year and they never disappoint. Great prices, super fast delivery, and an excellent range of coffee brands. Definitely 5 stars!

.. Except, I have always seemed to have a lot of Kaffek pods fail. Some the lids lift and peel, and some actually split the side of the pod. It's almost like the hole the coffee comes out does not burst properly and restricts the flow of water causing the pod to fail.
I bought Nescafe pods from a UK based company and i didn't have one pod fail(i buy 300+ pods at a time).
I thought i would retry the Kaffek pods recently and they still behave the same so safe to say i will pay more and just use the Nescafe pods, It's a shame as i prefer the Kaffek taste of americano than the Nescafe :(

I placed an order for a coffee advent calendar three weeks ago and paid for shipping. The website indicated a delivery timeframe of 3–6 December. Today is 15 December, and I have yet to receive my order. Tracking has shown no progress since late November, and the postal service has not received the package. Customer support acknowledged that my order was mis-sorted and dispatched incorrectly, but I haven't received any updates or resolution regarding my refund request. This has been a very disappointing experience, and I would advise against ordering products from this service.
After numerous attempts since early October to resolve an issue with the service regarding the replacement of defective bags, my experience has been incredibly disappointing. Even with seven unopened bags, they insisted I open them all to confirm the same problem, despite them coming from the same batch. They were unwilling to accept my offer to return the bags for replacements. I was left waiting while they claimed to be coordinating with the supplier. Eventually, I was informed that the supplier agreed to send me 12 replacement bags, but I was left in the dark about their arrival. A higher-up even questioned why it took me a year to identify the problem, completely disregarding the fact that over two months had passed since my initial inquiry. I’ve been honest throughout this process, and after using their products for years, I never thought the issue would lie with the beans. Following all their requests, I was promised new bags, yet I received a meager gift certificate instead, despite having destroyed seven bags at their insistence. They seem more focused on their own interests rather than genuinely assisting customers. My experience has been frustrating and has consumed far too much of my time. It’s clear that when issues arise, their customer service falls short.
Delivery from Denmark to the UK can take between a week to 10 days, but it's definitely worth the wait. The selection and quality of the coffee are unparalleled. However, I do have one concern—the new cardboard pod boxes are not an improvement! They are tricky to open and challenging to flatten for recycling. It seems someone thought this design was a good idea...
As a long-term customer of this company, I've faced problems with my coffee orders, particularly receiving an espresso pour instead of the XL I ordered. After numerous messages, I finally brought it to their attention, but they were dismissive. I was asked to send a video of the brewing process, and since it didn't show the espresso when brewing an XL, the problem remained unresolved. The support I received has left me feeling disheartened and hesitant to purchase from this company again.
I'm mostly very pleased with the service. They offer a great selection, and products arrive well before their expiration date, which is crucial for bulk orders. Delivery is typically prompt and fairly priced. There was a recent delay due to customs issues, which I don’t blame them for. However, I do wish the E.S.E. pods were more prominently featured on the website, as they seem to be a lower priority compared to other products. A simple navigation improvement would enhance the shopping experience significantly.
I had a poor experience with the service, as my parcel was addressed incorrectly. After speaking with the delivery service, they attempted delivery three times but were unable to due to the labeling error. When I contacted the company, they only partially refunded me for the items being returned. This is disappointing when the mistake was on their end.
