I bought two dresses previously without any issues, so I decided to order a third for an event. It took them 10 days to provide a tracking number, only for me to discover they shipped my order to the wrong country. I specifically selected express shipping, which claims orders are dispatched within 1-3 days. I feel like I'm being misled and it takes too long for them to respond. I've requested a refund multiple times, but I've been ignored. The customer service is lacking, and I still don't know the whereabouts of my dress or if I will get my money back.
