AWFUL experience, stay away from this service! I ordered an item with a promise of quick delivery, but they failed to send it out. After weeks of waiting, I requested a refund since my event had already passed. They then claimed to have shipped it, but when it arrived weeks later, it was the wrong item! They refuse to provide refunds despite their stated policy, insisting I pay for returns and only allowing exchanges. The quality of the item is poor, it doesn’t fit well, and it's very unattractive!

I am very disappointed with my experience. The kaftans I received looked nothing like the images on the website: they had different colors, and one was even damaged upon arrival.
