AWFUL experience, stay away from this service! I ordered an item with a promise of quick delivery, but they failed to send it out. After weeks of waiting, I requested a refund since my event had already passed. They then claimed to have shipped it, but when it arrived weeks later, it was the wrong item! They refuse to provide refunds despite their stated policy, insisting I pay for returns and only allowing exchanges. The quality of the item is poor, it doesn’t fit well, and it's very unattractive!

I placed an order for a dress on December 10th, expecting it to arrive by the 12th. The only option was express delivery. Despite numerous emails, I have received no responses. I want a refund, but I can't even start that process due to their lack of communication. I ordered well in advance, and with the wedding tomorrow, I am left without a dress and without my money.

The platform offers kaftans from Morocco. The quality does not match the high price (200 euros is steep, especially since the dress is worth around 75 euros in Morocco). Buyers should be aware that products purchased here are subject to European taxes, resulting in an additional 35 euros charge from the delivery service. Think carefully before making a purchase.

Disappointed with My Purchase

I am very disappointed with my experience. The kaftans I received looked nothing like the images on the website: they had different colors, and one was even damaged upon arrival. Customer service was unhelpful, showing little willingness to resolve my issues. Their refund policy is also unclear; I only found out after purchasing that they do not offer refunds. I cannot recommend this site.

Customer Service Issues

I bought two dresses previously without any issues, so I decided to order a third for an event. It took them 10 days to provide a tracking number, only for me to discover they shipped my order to the wrong country. I specifically selected express shipping, which claims orders are dispatched within 1-3 days. I feel like I'm being misled and it takes too long for them to respond. I've requested a refund multiple times, but I've been ignored. The customer service is lacking, and I still don't know the whereabouts of my dress or if I will get my money back.
