If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a very frustrating experience. After two weeks of communication, I was repeatedly promised solutions that never materialized. They sent me a damaged item with multiple defects and promised an exchange. After returning it, I was told the exchange was no longer available and offered alternatives that didn’t suit me. I felt misled and frustrated throughout, with inconsistent communication and unfulfilled promises. I cannot recommend this company.
