My experience with this company was awful! First it was supposed to be shipped from the California location but because of the fires over there I assumed, was the reason they switched it to overseas. I ordered it in January but I just received it May 2nd. I paid for assembly and it was then scheduled May 9th. Then when the guy came in he had no clear instructions on how to put it together… so the assembler said it was one desk and one cabinet when it was 3 so he needed to space time accordingly so he had half done at first then had to come back in later that night to finish it. The assembler complained that some of the pieces were damaged. They ordered just a task rabbit to do the job ( I could’ve done that), with no clue on how difficult it was going to be.. I had a ribbon ceremony for my new office and it has been a disaster working with out my office furniture. I send all the pictures again to see if I get some of my money back.the first offer was 50$ I sent more pictures so let’s see what he decides… very hard to get ahold of. Started picking up the phones recently but had no answers to give. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
