Review Time
Purposefully confusing so people waste money on subscriptions that do NOT contain what they were looking for. Wanted to unlock all question types for creating my own quizzes. The feature overview (which is already quite hard to find) states that it is included in the silver+ plan so I got a monthly subscription - just to find out that these features are NOT a part of this plan for whatever reason.
Couldn't be made more customer-unfriendly and confusing to rip off people. Customer-service doesn't exist, either. What a downfall.
I appreciate that I can find a quiz on any topic or create one myself to enhance student engagement! It would be fantastic to have a platform that offers everything for free, especially for educators. Besides that, I intend to use this tool for reviews and tracking data in my classroom!
Disappointing. A clear illustration of greed and desperation. It used to be an interesting product, but now it feels like they're trying to extract every bit of value from it. You can spend an hour creating a quiz, only to realize you can't access it without paying a hefty annual fee. It's unfortunate that their stock has plummeted since 2021, leaving investors in a tough spot post-Covid. Other platforms provide the same service for free, so I would strongly advise against using this one unless you enjoy being taken advantage of.
I received no assistance in changing my account settings, as it remains stuck on a work profile, despite being linked to my personal email. When I attempt to respond to the support team, my emails bounce back, and they just resend the same message each time I reach out, even though I've explained that I cannot resolve this issue by myself.

I created an account as a student on my school laptop and made a Kahoot for an important assignment. A week later, I couldn't log in due to a wrong password message. After resetting my password, I still couldn't access my account, which led to me failing the assignment.
Kids are losing interest. It's not user-friendly, and everything seems to require an additional subscription. I canceled my subscription, but they informed me there would be no refunds! When I contacted the support team, they only offered tips on usage.

While some features had clear instructions, others required assistance from other users. Overall, it went well, but for someone not tech-savvy, having clear, step-by-step guidance (with videos or pictures) would be really beneficial.
