I got the free trial but forgot to cancel the subscription and was charged not for a monthly subscription but a year, 169,9 dollars (1699 kr, I´m Swedish). I desperately tried to get a refund but the only way to contact Kahoot is through their extremely convoluted, complicated and scummy costumer support. It’s very clear that they do not want you to contact them and for you to just give up trying because its too hard. The worst part is that even though I did everything they asked they still haven’t responded to me even though I’ve tried contacting them twice.
