I was really hoping to be writing a review about the bag itself — but that would require actually receiving it.I placed my order the first week of December and was charged in full immediately. It’s now February and I still haven’t received anything. I’ve received two emails stating there is no inventory available, and that there isn’t even a system or process in place to ship orders.It’s extremely frustrating to sell products, charge customers upfront, and then not have inventory or a fulfillment plan in place. This shifts all of the risk onto the customer.Very disappointing experience.
