Two weeks passed with no further communication, prompting me to send seven emails in two days. Eventually, I was informed that my item was unavailable and was offered a discount on their other products or a replacement, which I hesitated to accept given their track record. I asked for a refund as per their policy, but kept receiving the same automated responses urging me to choose from their options, as if I’d want anything to do with their service again. Frustrated, I decided to dispute the charge with my bank, and I’m grateful they helped me resolve this. In summary, avoid this site at all costs!
