If I could give this business zero stars, I absolutely would. The utter lack of professionalism, immaturity, and questionable business practices leave a terrible impression. For someone who claims to have been bullied in the past, the owner seems to have surpassed her former tormentors. This individual clearly lacks the mental capacity to run a business, as evidenced by her dubious mentality and the fact that her products are often elusive. Will you receive them or not? It's a gamble when purchasing these so-called 'cosmetics,' which, by the way, can be found for less from other reliable brands. There’s really nothing unique about the products offered. This company appears to be the poorly executed venture of a self-absorbed individual who hastily assembled some items and is desperate for validation online, while failing to take responsibility for her disrespectful comments. The claim that this situation has ruined her holiday is laughable. I will never spend my money here again and will actively discourage others from supporting this brand.
