It's ironic that the owner claims to have been bullied in her youth, yet she seems to have surpassed those who once tormented her. This individual demonstrates a lack of the necessary mindset to run a business, not only due to her questionable ethics but also because her products often feel unreliable. Will you receive them or not? It's a gamble when purchasing these "cosmetics," which can be found at lower prices with guaranteed delivery from other brands. There's truly nothing remarkable about the items offered by this service. It appears to be the misguided venture of someone who lacks maturity, attempting to piece together a product and mislead the public about its quality. The refusal to take responsibility for treating customers poorly indicates that this brand is unlikely to recover from such behavior. The claim, "this has ruined my holiday," is hardly convincing. I will never support them again and will actively warn others in the makeup community to avoid this brand.

This company appears to be the poorly executed venture of a self-absorbed individual who hastily assembled some items and is desperate for validation online, while failing to take responsibility for her disrespectful comments. The claim that this situation has ruined her holiday is laughable. I will never spend my money here again and will actively discourage others from supporting this brand.
Is it really a witch hunt when the owner solicited positive reviews she clearly didn’t earn? When confronted about the ethics of that, she resorted to body shaming. Not only did she issue a fake apology supposedly from her 'dad' and betray her 'employee,' but she also blocked the individual she shamed from seeing the apology. The owner's actions demonstrate a lack of wisdom, and this could have all been avoided had she been trustworthy instead of resorting to body shaming.
I am very impressed with the service. I ordered two items that were dispatched within a couple of hours, even though I placed my order around 2 AM. I received my items in under a day and a half, which is fantastic! My last order from another company took seven days to ship. The cosmetics themselves are quite beautiful, and I would definitely order here again.
I placed an order from this company on November 24, 2025, and I have yet to receive my product. I have emailed them twice and received no response! While I understand shipping can take time, it's been over two weeks without any updates. They don’t even have a phone number to contact a live person. I doubt I will be purchasing anything else from this brand; this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.
The conduct of this brand is unacceptable. Body shaming a customer is beyond reproach. They should not be allowed to operate. Their products are just rebranded low-quality items. For quality pigments, I always turn to other reputable brands.
