Not only did she issue a fake apology supposedly from her 'dad' and betray her 'employee,' but she also blocked the individual she shamed from seeing the apology. The owner's actions demonstrate a lack of wisdom, and this could have all been avoided had she been trustworthy instead of resorting to body shaming.
