I placed an order from this company on November 24, 2025, and I have yet to receive my product. I have emailed them twice and received no response! While I understand shipping can take time, it's been over two weeks without any updates. They don’t even have a phone number to contact a live person. I doubt I will be purchasing anything else from this brand; this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.
