If I could, I would rate this service with zero stars. The complete absence of professionalism, combined with immaturity and questionable business practices, has left a very unpleasant impression. It's ironic that the owner claims to have been bullied in her youth, yet she seems to have surpassed those who once tormented her. This individual demonstrates a lack of the necessary mindset to run a business, not only due to her questionable ethics but also because her products often feel unreliable. Will you receive them or not? It's a gamble when purchasing these "cosmetics," which can be found at lower prices with guaranteed delivery from other brands. There's truly nothing remarkable about the items offered by this service. It appears to be the misguided venture of someone who lacks maturity, attempting to piece together a product and mislead the public about its quality. The refusal to take responsibility for treating customers poorly indicates that this brand is unlikely to recover from such behavior. The claim, "this has ruined my holiday," is hardly convincing. I will never support them again and will actively warn others in the makeup community to avoid this brand.
