Fraud! The customer service representatives seem unaware of their own policies, as outlined in their FAQs. It claimed “free returns with a $69 purchase.” This is false! They make you fight for a return label. I had to send them multiple screenshots from their website. Many functions on their site are broken. Avoid this place!
