If I could rate this service with zero stars, I absolutely would. It feels like a scam. I waited several weeks for my boots, and they only shipped after I sent multiple emails. When I attempted to return them, I received no response for over a week. Eventually, I was informed that I couldn't get a return label, contrary to what was stated on their website. By then, their website was down, preventing me from taking a screenshot. I spent over $40 to return the boots about two months ago and still haven't received my refund. No one replies to my emails or calls. I've ended up spending money on the boots and additional money to return them without any refund. AVOID PURCHASING FROM THIS SERVICE.

Fraud! The customer service representatives seem unaware of their own policies, as outlined in their FAQs. It claimed “free returns with a $69 purchase.” This is false! They make you fight for a return label. I had to send them multiple screenshots from their website. Many functions on their site are broken. Avoid this place!
I will never buy shoes from them again. After waiting over two months, I received the wrong pair of shoes. I requested a refund but got no response, and my emails went unanswered as well. This seller is a scammer; don’t trust them. Terrible experience.

Awful customer service. They don’t provide a phone number for direct contact, and their website claims they usually respond to emails within 24 hours. It’s been over a week, and I've emailed them three times without a reply. I will never shop here again. The shoes fit very small, and getting an exchange is a nightmare. Terrible.
